Glen brings over a decade of financial leadership experience, working with businesses of all sizes, from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. His journey began in his family’s business, where he developed a deep appreciation for the challenges entrepreneurs face and a passion for helping them succeed.

Glen developed his expertise in strategic planning and risk management at State Street Corporation, where he excelled at breaking down complex financial issues into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders. During his time in business school, he expanded his skill set by advising middle-market companies on growth strategies and operational improvements. Later, at PwC, Glen collaborated with executive teams to drive value creation through M&A.

As a CFA Charterholder, Glen combines a strong foundation in financial analysis with a practical, results-driven approach to problem-solving. His ability to combine operational insights with investor-focused thinking provides business owners a unique perspective that drives smarter decisions and lasting success. Glen holds an MBA and a Master’s in Digital Technology from Boston University, where he graduated with high honors, and a Bachelor of Science from Salve Regina University.

Based in Barrington, RI, Glen lives with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his family.
